We can safely accommodate clients who are ambulatory, wheelchair or stretcher bound. We are extensively used by Health Care Professionals & Facilities for inter-hospital patient transfers, patient appointments, patient discharge transportation and level of care relocations. We are also available to be booked for safely transferring and accompanying clients with mobility issues to special events such as weddings, funerals, family functions, religious services or visits to family homes.
Our fleet of Patient Transfer Units are fully equipped with oxygen delivery systems, stair chairs, 120 volt power outlets, climate control for a comfortable experience and ample seating for medical escorts and family members.

– Critical and/or medically unstable patients (those in an acute situation with the foreseeable need of Paramedic interventions)
– Patients requiring cardiac monitoring or running IVs during transportation.

2) People have scheduled medical and diagnostic appointment times. Both the patient and the physician expect this to happen on time. Ambulances respond with priority to emergency calls over transfers (only makes common sense to be this way) and patients may be (and frequently are) delayed sometimes many hours from being on time due to emergency call volume. We pride ourselves on being on-time, every time for scheduled stable transfers since we don’t have life-saving emergency calls to attend to.
3) If you or a loved one are in an emergency situation, your Ambulance response time could be delayed due to Ambulances already being occupied with stable stretcher transfers. Utilizing our services for stable stretcher transfers allows for the more appropriate use of Ambulances to respond to emergency calls.
